Refund policy

PATV Powersports Refund Policy 

PATV Powersports offers refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since purchase, no refund and/or exchange of any kind will be offered. All returns will have a 25% re-stocking fee. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges on *non-fabricated items* 

  • To complete return, the receipt or proof of purchase is required. 
  • Only regular priced items are available for refund; sale items cannot be refunded. 
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. 
  • The item must be in the original packaging. 

Processing of Refund 

Once the return is received and inspected, PATV Powersports will send customers an email to notify receipt of the returned item. PATV Powersports will also notify the approval or rejection of the refund. 

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. 

Late or Missing Refunds 

  • If the refund has yet been received, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • If you have taken the following steps above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at 409-697-1330. 

Shipping 

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address:  PATV Powersports  9590 I-10 W Orange, TX 77632 
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

  Warranty 

  • PATV Powersports offers a limited/lifetime warranty on PATV manufactured parts only to the original purchaser. 
  • The purchaser is responsible for shipping and any powder coat that may accrue on replacement/warranty item. 
  • The purchaser must contact PATV Powersports at 409-697-1330 before the item is sent in to start the warranty process. 
  • Please note, we will not start the warranty process without proper documentation. 
  • Time frame on warrantied item is subject to build time and powder coat. However, PATV Powersports will do its best to get you back on the trails as fast as possible!
